This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit hildadurazo.com (the "Site") or buy Hilda's Mexican Cookbook, and how it is used. "We," "us" and "our" mean the operators of hildadurazo.com.

1. What we collect

• When you visit the Site. The Site has no accounts and no sign-up forms. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.
• When you buy the Book. Checkout happens on Gumroad. Gumroad collects your name, email address, payment details and billing country to process the payment and deliver the file. We never see or store your full card number. Gumroad shares with us your name, email address, purchase details and country so we can support your order.
• When you write to us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.

2. How we use it

• To deliver the Book and help you download it.
• To answer your questions and handle refunds.
• To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes.
• To occasionally let buyers know about updates or new books, only if you agreed to receive such messages at checkout. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run the Site and deliver your order, such as Gumroad and our hosting provider, or where the law requires it.

4. Cookies

The Site itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Gumroad may use cookies on its checkout pages under its own privacy policy.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as needed to support your purchase and to meet legal and tax obligations, and then delete it.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Reply to your receipt email with your request and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children

The Site and the Book are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
